Hello I've just started making my transition from DAW to hardware and I've immensely enjoyed the hands-on creative process but troubleshooting is not my strength.
My gear:
Electribe (sampler) Monomachine Deepmind 12 (internal keyboard) Minilogue (internal keyboard) Ensoniq sq2 (internal keyboard)
Goal:
I would like to record loop 1 with synth 1's built in keyboard. I want that loop to playback and I want to edit using synth 1's knobs. Record another loop using synth 2's built in keyboard, have it playback and edit using synth 2's knobs. Ideally I want to do this 1 more time with synth 3 and have all synths playing back and be able to edit freely.
Loop 1 = synth 1 (Bass) Loop 2 = synth 2 (Lead) Loop 3 = synth 3 (Drums)
(IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE ABLE TO RECORD INTO SEQUENCER WITH SYNTHS' BUILT IN KEYBOARD)
What gear is needed to make this happen?
NOTE: the Electribe CAN sequence all my gear with a Midi thru box (1IN 4OUTs) HOWEVER I cannot record into electribe real-time using the synth built in keyboard... I am a keyboard player and using electribes pads to make melodies is slow and awkward to say the least.
Any help would be SO appreciated and I'm sorry if this is real elementary shyt... ???
