Is Momo just stealing my money?

So I bought an o_C unit from Momo 2 weeks ago and it shipped over no issue. This Tuesday I ordered a monsoon from them and they sent me a tracking number but USPS hasn’t received the item. I’ve tried emailing every email address they have and the iMessage line and nothing.

Paid using my CC so I’m a bit screwed because I can’t just get a refund due to it having “been shipped”

I’m not so much annoyed at the delay, but like... i can’t really tolerate an email or text not being replied to with at least an explanation of what’s going on. I paid for rush shipping also ironically, because I wanted the unit in time for the weekend to record some stuff, which I now have to push back.

I think no matter what, I want my money back and to order it from Michigan synth works or someone else who will not pull this kind of thing.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? I’m kind of floored at the disparity of order fulfilment just 2 weeks apart!
