Modular Grid Social Feed -- Metasonix

Many years ago we purchased tens of thousands of surplus tubes of various types. None are "popular", although we stuck to buying only types that could be used in audio devices. It would require some smarts but is not difficult.

For example, this large box of 6088 subminiature pentodes. They are "hearing aid" types often used in military equipment. They all appear to be JAN military surplus made in the 1970s or 1980s. The filament is directly-heated, 1.25 volts at only 20 milliamps so it would not be difficult to make a battery-powered guitar pedal or a modular VCA out of one or two of them. I just don't want to develop a new product around these as I have enough work for the next year. Plus they have relatively low voltage gain and are a bit microphonic which is typical of battery tubes. I have not tested them but they are all new in original boxes.

If anyone is interested in buying the whole box of tubes, PM or email me. Remember that 6088s usually sell for $8 or more apiece at retail dealers. I'm willing to take less....a lot less....
