Vortex Sound Research

I'm looking at ordering a lifeforms sv 1 not the black box version and just wanted to make sure that it comes with a ribbon cabe, or do i have to order one seperately also screws. im also looking at getting a mantis case any thoughts on that. and as far as websites go are sweetwater and or perfect curcuit reputable. i live in hawaii so shipping can be hard but both seem to ship free out here. thanks for the help.
