Synth Amp Attack Env being reset every time i hit play / pause on DAW? Help

Using my PC to sequence midi notes and letting it loop while i adjust parameters on my Studio Logic Sledge 2 and every time i play or pause my Amp Attack gets reset all the way down. No idea why and its super frustrating. Any ideas?
