Can the intellijel 104hp cases do a korg-ms20 style overdrive with audio in/out?

Can I route the audio out into audio in, then back out through a mixer for an overdriven signal? A la ms20?

I’m a keyboard player. I want a wild stereo monosynth to control with a keyboard. Pretty happy to sequence it externally as well. As long as I can overdrive the crap out of this I’ll be happy. If not, I may consider switching the QPAS for a morgasmatron or similar ms20 style filter.
