Need help with a power-induced noise problem

So I bought a Malekko power supply a few years ago (https://malekkoheavyindustry.com/product/malekko-power/), and it’s been fine, but causes noise on the output of my FutureRetro Transient. No other modules powered from the Malekko supply are noisy. I'd love some help in understanding what's going on, so I can try and fix it, and learn more about power!

Here's an example of the isolated noise from the Transient:

Here's an example of the noise in context with the sound of the Transient:

Here are the things I’ve tried unsuccessfully already:

  • Emailing FutureRetro - very helpful, but inconclusive, although he mentioned others have had problems with this power supply / module combination.
  • Emailing Malekko - unhelpful, stopped replying to my emails
  • Powering only the Transient from the Malekko supply - no other modules connected
  • Powering the Transient from other supplies (uZeus & Intellijel TPS80W) - this successfully stops the noise, so the module isn’t the issue
  • Using three different power adapters for the Malekko supply
  • Moving the power for the Transient to a different header
  • Modifying the Transient so it no longer needs power from the 5v buss - FutureRetro thought this might be the issue and did this for me, so it’s the equivalent to a Transient Plus. But no luck.

I’d love to be able to understand what is actually happening here, and how I might go about trying to fix it, other than using a different supply. I'd like to use the Transient in the case with the Malekko supply. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
