Hi all,
I recently bought a Behringer Model-D off of eBay. I haven't had the time to play around with it yet but have finally been able to set it up.
However, I've encountered a few problems. I'm a bit of a newbie to synthesizers and setups so I am wondering whether I've missed something obvious. I've followed the manual's setup instructions as closely as I can. I have a MacBook, Alesis Q49, Behringer Model D, Scarlett Focusrite 4i4, and headphones.
Here's my setup:
USB cable from MacBook into Alesis
USB cable from MacBook into Behringer
MIDI cable from Alesis into Behringer
Headphone cable into Behringer
1/4" cable from Behringer High main ouptut into Focusrite 4i4 line input 3
I don't have a speaker set up yet. Could that be the problem? I should be able to listen through my headphones. I've also got everything up and running in Focusrite Control on my MacBook. All I hear is a tone on the Behringer. Everything is turned up properly.
I'd love to be able to play around with my new synth and start recording.
