Flame maander initial set up?

Hi everyone happy Christmas :-) I finally unpacked my flame maander i’m having some problems with initial set up. It doesn’t appear to be triggering midi notes and when I initialise the patch I can’t get any sound please can someone tell me what’s going on thanks very much
