Hey! I want to get into modular, been using VCV rack for a while, amazing! got a TR-6s which i don't like, and a Model:Cycles which is amazing, but i fully used every sound and feature.
I think I'm gonna sell both, and modular is really the way i want to go, if i would want a synth with drums on eurorack, how much would it cost?
I know that i pretty much like all jams, but i don't get the types of modules, in VCV rack it's just pick 1 of every and connect and jam, but choosing is hard.
The modular bundles on thomann look cool, although you have system 100, niftycase, teenage engineering like stuff without cases, and the pico system 3 to choose from in lower-price ranges.
i think they all don't feature drums, or well not with synths too.
is there any complete setup that is really good? i can obviously save up.
please don't reccomend seperate modules, i don't get it, since i have no idea what to pair with what, I've watched LOADS of videos but i will never be able to pick modules.
please help, I'd LOVE to start experimenting.
