how can I get a live synthesizer audio with a midi keyboard

I have a Kawai CN3R with MIDI input and output. I was wondering if, when connected to my PC, I could play my piano and get a live return of another instrument (that I can choose on a software) on my piano speaker or on my PC jack 3,5 (so I can connect it to other speakers)
