Awesome but weird thing happening with Squarp Pyramod + Typhon

The answer might be very simple, but I have no clue what's going on here. I love it in this particular case, but I think it can have unwanted results too.

  1. I have an internal sequence going on the Typhon, clocked by the Pyramid.

  2. I unmute a sequence for the Typhon on the Pyramid.

  3. The sequences are now mixed.

  4. I mute the track on the Squarp. The Typhon's sequence should play like it is.

  5. Here it is: For some reason the internal sequence on the Typhon kind of keeps the lower notes/feel, like it's working on a lower octave?

  6. When I set Typhon's sequencer back to internal to check the sequence again it is indeed different then during step 5.

Anyone have an idea what's going on?

I fucking love Typhon's sequencer by the way, holy moly, you can get some great things going of you invest a little in tinkering with the sliders.
