Korg Minilogue XD headphones low volume

I just bought my first synthesizer, the Minilogue XD. I have my headphone plugged in directly in the synth and the output volume is pretty low when setting a new init patch. The presets sounds very good and loud with volume full open, so it’s only with a init patch. What am I doing wrong?
