is my 4ms row power 45 getting too hot? do other people have the same issue?

hi modular people,

tl;dr: is it a problem when my 4ms row power 45 gets really hot? how are your experiences with this psu? and with hot i mean i cant keep my finger on it for longer.

.

i changed not long ago to a 4ms row power 45, actually 2 for 2 racks, and i am concerned if it is getting too hot.

the specifications are 2.0 A max on +12v, they recommend running it with 1.5 A. and 1.4 A max on -12v, they recommend 1.2A.

so i got the row power 45 because i like that its putting out enough power and the daisy chaining of 2 psu's.

i run it with flying busboards.

my rack draws 1.630 A on +12 and 990 on -12 and i realised the psu gets really hot. like i cant keep my finger on the metal parts.

i than changed some modules and now run it with 1.490A on +12 so that i am in the recommended area but it is still getting really hot, no difference in temperature.

i also tried the 2nd row power 45, same heat.

the 4ms row power in my smaller case with around .900-1.000A on +12 stays way cooler.

what do you think? do some people here have experiences with this psu?

thanks
