Looking for any advice for a possible heat issue in my case.

I have been building DIY modules for about a year now and I almost have mu 9u 112hp case filled up. But as I get closer to closing the case and sealing it with modules, I'm noticing a great deal of heat coming from the power supply and even the heat sink, so much so that it is too hot to touch for long. I'm becoming worried that when I eventually close off the power supply from outside air, I will be trapping all that heat and potentially cause some damage. Is this something I should be worried about? Does anyone else have experience with internal power supplies and heat?

As a possible alternative, I have been looking at this case:

This is what my modular will look like/power specs when finished:

My new concern with getting the new case with an external power supply is the +12v rail. The power output for which is 4A and my total power consumption would be 3652mA when finished. Is that too close to the max to be safe? Currently my case's power specs are 2x Meanwell RT 65B power supplies internal to the case for a total of 5600mA which is plenty.

Is it ok for me to just live with the heat? or should I go for this new case and nearly max out my power limit?
