Help with Moog Grandmother arp timing with FL Studio

Hey guys. I recently just joined the synthesizer community as someone who has been using VSTs for years and is now a proud owner of the Moog Grandmother. I've had a lot of fun with it over the past two weeks but I was wondering if any of you could help me out on an issue I've been struggling with.

I have tons and tons of FL studio files with songs 80% done and I feel like, with the Grandmother, I now have the last piece of inspiration I need to finish all these tracks. The problem is, however, the main feature on the Grandmother that I've been looking forward to using is the arpeggiator (and also the sequencer, but mainly the arpeggiator). I can't figure out how to match the Arp rate with the tempo of my FL Studio files. I've gone through NUMEROUS videos and articles/blogs with absolutely no luck. My question is how can I sync my synthesizer's Arpeggiator rate with my FL Studio file's tempo (or if it is even possible)?

To answer any questions you guys may reply with in an attempt to troubleshoot, I currently have one MIDI usb cable wired from my computer to the synth. Additionally, I use a standard audio interface (scarlet solo) with quarter inch cable from the synth to the instrument slot.

I sincerely appreciate any help that you guys could give me. I'm new to this community and want to be an avid member.
