Korg Mono Poly no EG Intensity change or VCF EG Filter change on controls

Greetings, I did try the search function but it appears to hate me. I was wondering if anyone had any pointers on possible areas of failure on the EG intensity and entire VCF EG filter section on a Korg Mono Poly? I just turned mine on and she be broken.
