Looking for Inexpensive Beginner Synths

Howdy! I'm trying to get into synths and am looking for an inexpensive instrument to start playing some gigs. My price range is up to $500, and I'm looking for something with a keyboard (or that could be purchased and used with a keyboard within the price range) as I already play piano and organ. Since I'm looking to play gigs, it'd ideally be both portable and powerful enough to play music on without using other equipment (aside from amps or speakers).

Some I've had my eyes on are the Arturia MicroFreak or MiniBrute 2, Korg microKORG, Roland GAIA SH-01, or Yamaha Reface CS, although I'm not totally sure how to assess the capabillities of these instruments since I'm not very experienced with synths. I'd like to hear thoughts on either these synths or others I should consider, or advice for a beginning synth player.

Thanks in advance for any advice, and I look forward to learning a bit more about synthesizers!
