New Make Noise unit?

The New Video has hints in there. A/B mirrored robots in a frame or 2 and lots of hints at phase (relationships or phasing?).
There looks to be some text in the spectrograph of the audio but it's difficult to make out.
Just for anyone interested in decoding the thing.
