Vortex Sound Research

So as it says. I’ve tried multiple power supplies. It wasn’t plugged into a wall until I tried to use it. I have tried to find wiring diagrams online to find out if a fuse is in there to change out or something but can’t find anything. Any help or knowledge would be appropriated.
