Any current MIDI controllers with toggle/latching note on/off?

The now retired Korg padKontrol has the ability to use its pads as note on/off toggle switches (as in latching, not momentary). Does any current product have this (preferably also midi connectors and a reasonable price range)?

Edit; it seems Arturia beatstep does this..
