New Studio Suggestions

I am currently running a DAWless system and getting more into recording, but honestly, I just love playing around live and tweaking knobs etc. I am looking at moving and updating my studio and not sure what direction to go.
Currently I have the following equipment that is run into a Mackie 12 channel mixer that is limited as I have more equipment then ports on the mixer. My current list of used equipment included the following:
- Synthstrom Deluge as the brain
- Waldorf Blofeld
- Roland System 1
- Waldorf Streichfett (used mono due to lack of inputs on mixer)
- Circuit Benders MB33
- Roland TB-3
- Moog Minotaur
- Beheringer Neutron
The equipment above maxes out my 12 channel mixer
Effects run off the mixer Aux sends-
- Strymon Bigsky
- TC Flashback Delay
Equipment not used due to lack of inputs:
- Roland TR-8
- Micobrute
Equipment I plan to buy
- Sequential Rev2
I was thinking of either upgrading to a A&H 22 channel Zed mixer or going another route
If you were redoing your studio, what would you do?
