Access Virus users: What do you use your Definable Knobs/Assigns for?

It appears there are a few of us here, but no Virus sub, so let's talk!
I use my (kB) Definables for Effects Send and Patch Volume, unless the patch is an Arp, then I use the Patch Vol for ArpClock instead.
