Fix for Roland MKB-1000 sending "All Notes Off" MIDI message when releasing keys

Hi all!

I know this is r/synthesizers, but I figured this would be the best place to ask for help in a situation I have.

A while back, I bought a Roland MKB-1000. It is an 88 key controller with real wooden keys. It is massive, crazy heavy, and a delight to play. My only problem is that it sends an "all notes off" message whenever you release the keys. This is regardless of whether or not you have the sustain pedal held down and has led to some weird behavior when using it to play certain soft synths.

Anyway, I googled a bit and found this old forum post: http://northernsounds.com/forum/showthread.php/42864-MIDI-controller-All-Notes-Off-Madness!

In it, another user directs the OP to a "SustainPedalFix" software that resolved the issue. Unfortunately, it is Windows-only and I am running a Mac.

Does anyone know of any alternate ways to resolve this? I feel like it should be a fairly simple thing, but I am a bit at a loss as to how to resolve it.

If it matters, I use (in order of frequency) Ableton Live 9, Logic X, and Pro Tools 11.

Thanks!
