Roland tech support? Does it exist?

Has anyone actually received tech support from Roland recently? I've sent in 4 requests over the past 5 weeks and they haven't responded. It seems very strange to me, because I'm trying to get support for a fairly new purchase and my product is listed as one that they provide direct support.

I've attempted support via the official link (while logged into my Roland account) here. Two were "support" requests, and one was a "service" request.

And a final 4th time directly via their Zendesk interface just to see if that made a difference:

All four times I received a confirmation email (the standard one from Zendesk) that says my request has been received and will be reviewed.

But... no reply, and 5 weeks seems like a long time.

As far as I can tell, there's no other way to contact Roland.

Anybody out there have better advice?
