Boutique electric piano?

So a dear friend of mine is a pretty talented (and rich) keyboard player. Since, as I said, he comes from a wealthy family, he likes to buy old things like bontempi organs and elka stage keyboards (all shit sounding stuff in my opinion) and a lot of brass and string instruments (he isn't really a synthesizer fan). Lately he told me that he'd like to get a big midi keyboard to use with yamaha refaces (cp and yc, as I said no synthetizers) and it got me thinking...given that "boutique" synth reproductions exist, is it possible that some manufacturer has made a boutique electric piano/organ? In my opinion it would be pretty useless to buy a mini synth with a keyboard he would not use. Also he'd like to keep it dawless and I know this post is not really synthesizer related but I figured out this would have been the best place to ask (I'm trying to introduce him to the wonderful world of synthesizers and buying things he actually needs for making music, hopefully in a few months he will have a respectable setup...meanwhile I need you guys for this one, give me suggestions). Bye Smile

submitted by /u/COSTANtheCOSTY2
[link] [comments]
