Noise trouble with Minilogue xd

But I'm having a weird issue where if I have the cutoff turned all the way down and play a note, I get a strange sort of feedback, that sounds like ground noise. I have the master all the way up, could that be the issue? I'm also new to hardware synths so I'm not sure if this is a regular occurence.
