<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>So I bought an o_C unit from Momo 2 weeks ago and it shipped over no issue. This Tuesday I ordered a monsoon from them and they sent me a tracking number but USPS hasn’t received the item. I’ve tried emailing every email address they have and the iMessage line and nothing. </p> <p>Paid using my CC so I’m a bit screwed because I can’t just get a refund due to it having “been shipped” </p> <p>I’m not so much annoyed at the delay, but like... i can’t really tolerate an email or text not being replied to with at least an explanation of what’s going on. I paid for rush shipping also ironically, because I wanted the unit in time for the weekend to record some stuff, which I now have to push back. </p> <p>I think no matter what, I want my money back and to order it from Michigan synth works or someone else who will not pull this kind of thing. </p> <p>Has anyone else experienced this recently?
