Kawai SX-210 no sound after power up?

During a cold power up of the synth after being unplugged overnight, it didn’t make a sound for about a minute or two but all the buttons still worked and the patch names were there though. After that it slowly made sound and 10 secs later it’s sound would be fully there. </p> <p>Is this normal? Is it just the synth warming up? </p> <p>I understand that these early 80s vintage synths may require some warming up time but all I’ve ever read was regarding tuning.
