VCAs vs Attenuators
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I have always understood a VCA as an Attenuator with CV control.. perhaps this is an incorrect definition? (I know many attenuators also invert) Two questions:</p> <p>1) how do you decide whether your system needs more VCA or attenuators?</p> <p>2) do I have a correct understand of the difference between the two?</p> <p>Thanks
