Has anyone tried the Fender MTG Tube Distortion pedal?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I saw the Fender MTG in a catalog recently. It looks pretty cool. It's a tube preamp. They run it at 150v, so it's a real tube in the circuit (unlike a lot of &quot;tube&quot; preamps).</p> <p>I looked up youtube videos, but every one of them is a guitar. I wonder how well it works with synths, and how it compares to solid state and/or dsp distortion pedals.</p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> submitted by <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/Piper-Bob"> /u/Piper-Bob </a> <br/> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/q3ic6r/has_anyone_tried_the_fender_mtg_tube_distortion/">[link]</a></span> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/q3ic6r/has_anyone_tried_the_fender_mtg_tube_distortion/">[comments]</a></span>
