Anyone had to go through customer support for the polybrute

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>So it's still within the 1 year warranty but one of my 1st oscillator triangle voices just completely went out. It's very quiet and comes in with the metalizer. I recalibrate everything and the vcfs and vcos separately multiple times and even brought the software back to 1.0 but it's not coming back. It came back a few times and I thought it was just the new firmware but after hearing it go out in the 1.0 version, I started to panic.</p> <p>I already let arturia know about it and im not gigging or need anything done asap but generally what should I expect from customer support. Also I don't have the original box.
