best device to send different program changes on different channels, flexible?

Is there any device that allows me to switch between prearranged sets of program changes, different on each channel?

For example, song A need PGM 5 on channel 1, but PGM 3 on channel 2.
But song B has CH 1 switch to PGM 1, and CH 2 to PGM 2. And so on, for ideally at least 16 presets, and over minimum 4 channels, better more.

Are there any pedals that can do that, and be pre-programmed with CH/PGM-sets as needed? Or any device, really.

I thought about building it with a teensy, but with screen, case and all, it seems like a medium-sized project at least.

Wanting a "real product" with sturdy case and good input, that is. Prototyping it on a breadboard should be quick, but I need some stability and quality to the build.

Thanks for any ideas.

PS: no software, please

submitted by /u/drjekyll
[link] [comments]
