The Korg Volca FM can create some nice dreamscapes

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I created this a while back:</p> <p><a href="https://thetiredhorizon.bandcamp.com/track/the-dreamer">https://thetiredhorizon.bandcamp.com/track/the-dreamer</a></p> <p>Its pretty free-form. Some of the pads sound harmonica-like but it appears to work. I like the way chords can mutate and morph in FM synthesis. You can tell a story in those sounds. </p> <p>Also its good for stereo as you can let notes <a href="https://thetiredhorizon.bandcamp.com/track/galaxy">hang left and right</a>. And get some nice atmospherics going. I've used a lot of kit but the Volca FM is probably my favourite little beastie.</p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> submitted by <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/The_Tired_Horizon"> /u/The_Tired_Horizon </a> <br/> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/d11hsf/the_korg_volca_fm_can_create_some_nice_dreamscapes/">[link]</a></span> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/d11hsf/the_korg_volca_fm_can_create_some_nice_dreamscapes/">[comments]</a></span>
