Looking for some advice on my next synth purchase.

So I current have the following;

Softsynth: Serum, Purity, Synthmaster 1 Analog: MicroKorg

Lately I’ve been really falling in love with the physical sound crafting of the microkorg. Only real complaint is the intricacies of the mks parameter menu and how much of a chore it can be to edit in the moment at times.

My birthday is around the corner and I’m thinking of buying another analog as a gift to myself but want to be an educated consumer on this one.

I make mostly classic house styled music and am looking for nice e-piano/house organ style sounds with of course that /warmth/. Good bass sounds are a plus but I’ve been doing well getting those out of my micro. My budget is hopefully kept under $1000

Thanks for all help offered

submitted by /u/tommollan
[link] [comments]
