Gigging: synth incorporation/solos listening suggestion

I play with a half cover band half originals. We play pop, r&b, funk type of stuff I mostly stick to organ and e pianos for most the stuff we play. Recently I added a minilogue xd to my stage setup to broaden my sonic possibilities. However, I have been having trouble incorporate it in my playing and soloing.

For instance when I could add a pad I usually just play organ. And I usually end up taking my solos on epiano sounds because I’m more comfortable there

Looking for any recommendations for stuff to listen to as inspiration for sounds and styles I can use in my playing

submitted by /u/fatrob98
[link] [comments]
