how to get rid of noise floor

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I have a Roland Juno DS-61 and the noise floor is too prominent, through the 6.35mm headphone output, with a low impedance IEM. Also, when multiple sounds are played at the same time, the sound crackles.</p> <p>How can I get rid of this? Would a high impedance headphone solve it?
