Thinking about getting a Soviet synth. What's the downside?

I already know some of the downsides but I'd like to hear from owners or people who considered one and changed their minds, why? What are issues I need to look out for? </p> <p>Because of the current conflict I'll probably wait for one to come up in the states or elsewhere. I can imagine it's pretty hard to get things out of the Baltic region these days.
