At Louder Than Liftoff we really try to make exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations one of the pillars of our operation. Without you guys, all the cool gear I get to design wouldn't exist, so I always try to put the customer first above all else. At the end of the day, each of us are in the business of making people happy through our songs, our recordings, our mixes, and our gear designs. I recently had an amazing customer service experience with another small company run by like-minded folks with a similar vision. The galaxy is a big place and we little guys need to stick together - I'd like to take a moment to thank Dave and his team at Priority Bicycles for not only creating some kick ass, serious bang-for-buck bikes, but also treating me the way that I strive to treat my own customers.
