Looking for a rompler for classic 90s synth guitar leads

If I were to buy a synth where this was its primary purpose, what would you all recommend? I usually roll my own on my TI2, Boog, or Deepmind if a need a more modern "hifi" version of this type of sound and I definitely have options on my JV-1080, SC88 pro, or TX81Z. What I'm looking for is more of that fakey/cheesy clearly sampled video game guitar kind of vibe.

Is there a rompler/synth that has a large collection of these types of sounds?
