Why are the Yamaha PSR-540 and PSR-550 so expensive?

I have noticed looking on my local Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist that the Yamaha PSR-540 & PSR-550 sell between $400-$800 (USD). Looking closer, it seems like most of the sales posts are in Spanish (live in an area (not going to say where) where Spanish is really common) and talk about USB drives with Latin settings, but can’t fathom a guess why it is so popular in Latin music.
