Is it possible to change Minilogue presets without changing the tempo?

Hi everyone, I'm using my Minilogue as a clock source in my chain, because it's quite convenient to set necessary BPM. Unfortunately, when I start changing programs on it, the tempo of the whole chain changes as well.

Is it possible to set a fixed BPM on minilogue, and not to worry that next preset will affect it?
