Are there people/companies who will take commissions to make DIY modules?

I know nothing of soldering and electronics but I really want a Teensy 4.0 sampler module

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PT_Po-hL2u8

I found this youtube video of someone who modified preexisting code for the teensy to make it a really simple sampler that would fit perfectly in my system. I think finding a person to commission would be easier than learning a whole new skill set for one module
