Korg USB midi driver rage

Yet another system mangled by Korg's terrible USB driver. I had a nice newly installed Windows 10 system which was working fine with Ableton without the Korg driver. But the monologue sound librarian wasn't so I went ahead and installed the Korg driver. Which didn't work either, so I tried to uninstall it.

Now I can't get the monologue to work at all. I think I might have done something with wdmaud.drv but I'm not sure.

I've had so many problems with Korg drivers over the years. It's putting me off buying a Korg ever again.
