A Question About Roland HS-60

Someone is selling a Roland HS-60 locally, and the post states that there is “some sound coming from the synth but not from every voice.”

I’ve read that these synths have voice chip issues similar to the Juno 106, and figure that might be the issue with this person’s synth as well, but I was curious about what the ballpark cost would be to repair something of this nature.

There is also no listed price for the synth (just asking to make an offer), so if I do end up making an offer, what do you all think an appropriate asking price would be?

Thanks in advance!

TLDR; used HS-60 with likelihood of voice chip problems. Looking for estimated cost to repair and appropriate asking price for damaged synth.
