SH 101/TB 303 Clones - With Onboard Effects? Do these exist?

Beginner here. Looking to do some hardware only ambient techno with an SH 101 and/or TB-303 and need some on board effects to get the right feel. Does anyone know of any? (Or would it be better just to get a JD-Xi and use the onboard analog synth and utilize onboard effects?) Trying to keep cables and different boxes to a minimum by not adding a lot of extra gear or external effects.
