OB-6 arp/sequencer MIDI?

A little bit ago, the OB-6 was updated so its arp and sequencer could send MIDI, has anyone been using this feature? Does it work well - any bugs? Can it sync to external clock, and if so can it then send that sync'd clock to its trigger out jack to trigger analog gear?
