Any vids of Neutral Labs Elmyra sounding.... nice?

There's an used Elmyra available near me, and I'm half tempted because I'll never be able to afford a Lyra-8. But in most demo videos it sounds pretty harsh, raw and noisy. And mostly they're just sound demos, not tracks. I found only one example of an actual track where it sounds a bit more laid back. Does the Elmyra have a softer side? Any good links to it actually being used to make some form of music? Or am I just missing the point?
