Dexed for Mac question

I downloaded this https://www.audiobombs.com/items/1038/dexed-cart-1.0

It downloaded as a folder, and everything is there, but it doesn't allow me to load all of them into dexed at once. Instead, I gotta click through each individual folder and then each cartridge.

Is there any way to load them all into dexed instead of going through mac's finder each time... there's so many of them..

or recommend good ones from it so i can save them maybe?

does this make any sense whatsoever? my apologies if it doesn't.
