Korg PA800 Glitch on tempo increase

Hello there,

I have PA800 and have loaded some Balkan sounds and rhythms. Starting a rhythm is all good, but any time I spin the wheel to speed up the tempo, PA800 all lights blink up, locks up, and then shots down.

If I change the tempo via touch screen, it works.

Is this memory problem, which I could purchase and replace or something more? Has anyone experienced this?
